- Tortilla Wraps

Finely chop all veggies add salt and pepper powder. Take one wrap and slightly pan roast both the sides so that we wont feel rawness of the wrap.
Place a wrap on non stick tava or sandwich maker and arrange all veggies on one side of a wrap so that we can flip the other side on it as you can see in the pic.
Add cheese on veggies and flip the other side on veggies as we can see in the pic below.
Close the sandwich maker and and toast it untill you see cheese gets melted and slightly change in color of the wrap. If it is pan roasted flip if to other side once this side is cooked and cook it till cheese gets melted and take it out in a plate and with the help of pizza cutter cut it intlo triangles as you can see in the pic below.

Chop mushrooms into big chunks. Heat a tsp of butter in a pan and add finely chopped garlic let it fry for few mins slightly change in colour thats it then add mushrooms and fry them untill water gets evaporated and become dry as we can see in the pic below.
Now at this point we need to add soya sauce , salt , vinegar, and pepper powder as per your taste and remove it from heat thats it yummy and tasty garlic tossed mushrooms are ready . Mushroom lovers will surely enjoy it , this mushrooms goes very well with pastas, sandwiches, salads and ect. To make it heatly instead of butter we can use olive oil.

Take 1/2 cup of butter which is at room temperature in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of condensed milk and beat it, then add 2 to 4 tbsp of sugar, 1tsp of vanilla essence, 1tsp of vinegar, 1/2 cup of romm temp milk and and beat it with hand blender.
Seive all dry ingredients like 1 and 1/4 cup of maida, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1 tsp of baking powder in a bowl and slowely add this dry indredients into wet ingredient bowl and mix it well with hand blender. After mixing now we need to add butter roasted dry fruits in this batter for extra taste and fold the batter gently , don’t use hand blender any more.
Now grease the baking tray with butter and pour this batter in the tray and tap it a bit so that it spreads evenly , in the mean while pre heat the oven at 220c for 10 mins then place the tray in the oven and bake it for 30 mins . Insert the tooth pick and check it out, if it comes out dry then our cake is baked orelse place it in the oven for few more mins.
when we get a crack as you can see in the pic above it is said to be perfectly baked . I just made some cup cakes also with is same batter and with icing.
Cup Cakes with homemade Icing

- Curry Leaves
Soak Sabudana for 2 to 4 hours. Now in idly batter add soaked saboodana, onions, chillies, curry leaves, jeera, salt, soda, rice flour and mix it well. Sabudana should be more in quantity than idly batter to get nice crunch and all ingredients should be added according to your taste more or less , pinch of soda.
Heat oil in a pan and with the help of water take small portion of the better and slowly drop it in the oil and fry till golden and remove it in tissue as you can see in the pic.
Saboodana punugulu is ready to serve , serve it with green chutney flavoured yogurt dip , it goes very well with this dip and tomato ketchup.
Dip: Beat the fresh curd with green chutney made of green chillies, pudina , coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice.

Heat 2 tsps of oil in a pan , add chopped onions, tomatoes and few green chillies, tomato quantity should be more than onion then fry them untill they are soft and add turmeric, very few kaju, few curry leaves, pudhina and coriander leaves and salt and take out from heat and let it cool.
Now blend it into fine paste and keet it a side then take a kadai and add 2 tsp of oil,add sahi jeera, very finely chopped onions and let it fry untill brown color, add ginger & garlic paste, turmeric then add the blended paste. Now add chilli powder, salt, according to taste and let it come to a boil, now we need to add paneer, kasuri methi and let it boil for few more mins. curry is ready , to make it rich we have to add creame and butter to it at this stage. We can serve it with any Roti , Naan , Parata and etc..

Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan then add Garlic chunks then Green chillies and fry them, then add Cubed Carrots and fry them on low flame and add salt at this time so that chillies and carrots are seasoned . Now u need to add 3 colors of cubed bell peppers and fry them , then lastly cubed onions and toss them for a while till they are transparent then tomatoes, these tomatoes should not be cooked long they should have that chunky look not soggy and check the seasoning. We can even add Mushroos, panner also in this salad.
Now if you want u can add any dressing of your choice and vinegrate and have it as salad or as stuffing in sandwiches.
Goes very will as sandwich filling or as salad itself slightly roasted with crunchy texture.

Drizzle olive oil on top and add oregano and chilli flakes..
Preheat the oven at 220 c for 10 mins and bake it for 15 to 20 mins..
We can serve it with french fries and steamed buns.
