Nachoes sizzler

Ingredients.

  1. Tortilla chips
  2. Onions
  3. Green Chillies
  4. Jalapenos
  5. Salsa
  6. Cheese

Preparation

Step 1.

Arrange tortilla chips in a plate or sizzler plate then add salsa on all chips and finely chopped onions, green chillies, jalapenos as you can see in the pic .

Step 2.

Now add cheese on it

Step 3.

Microwave it untill cheese gets melted , if it is sizzler then place it in oven under grill mode untill cheese gets melted for 6 to 10 mins at 180c. Now your nachoes are ready to serve .

It taste yum with cheese and chunks of veggies…

Whole Wheat Bread Rolls

Ingredients.

  1. Wheat Flour
  2. Active Dry Yeast
  3. Salt
  4. Sugar
  5. Olive Oil
  6. Milk
  7. Milk Powder

Preparation.

Step 1.

Take 1/2 cup of warm milk and add 1tsp sugar and 1 tsp of yeast and let it sit for 15 mins to get activated. Then take 1 cup of flour add salt , 2 tsp of olive oil, 1tbsp of milk powder and kneed the dough with activated yeast mixture for 15 mins. With help of additional water kneed it to a stickly dough and coat it with olive oil and rest it for 2 to 3 hours.

Step 2.

By this time you can see the dough becomes dauble or more in size then punch it and kneed it with some extra flour and make it into rolls and place it on baking tray and cover it with kitchen towel and rest it for 45 min more to raise . Take 2 tbsp of milk mixed with sugar and give a milk wash on rolls before baking to get nice color on rolls

Step 3.

Pre heat the oven for 10 mins at 220 c and bake it for 15 mins untill you see nice color on it. and remove it from oven and slightly give a butter wash so that we can see nice shine on it and cover it with lid so that it becomes soft.

These rolls goes very well with soups, salads, and sandwiches. This recipe is same as my pav recipe but made of wheat flour and shape difference as you can see in the pics below. The first pic is made of maida and shaped it as pav and they are attached to each other.

This bread is made of wheat flour and i gave it a shape of rolls like hot dog. This bread can be stuffed as hot dogs with any fillings and it is healthy too as it is made up of wheat flour completely.

Veg Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients

  1. Tortilla Wraps
  2. Cheese
  3. Onions
  4. Tomatoes
  5. Greens chillies
  6. Spinach
  7. Sweet corn
  8. Salt

Procedure.

Step 1.

Finely chop all veggies add salt and pepper powder. Take one wrap and slightly pan roast both the sides so that we wont feel rawness of the wrap.

Step 2.

Place a wrap on non stick tava or sandwich maker and arrange all veggies on one side of a wrap so that we can flip the other side on it as you can see in the pic.

Add cheese on veggies and flip the other side on veggies as we can see in the pic below.

Close the sandwich maker and and toast it untill you see cheese gets melted and slightly change in color of the wrap. If it is pan roasted flip if to other side once this side is cooked and cook it till cheese gets melted and take it out in a plate and with the help of pizza cutter cut it intlo triangles as you can see in the pic below.

Garlic Tossed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  1. Mushrooms
  2. Garlic
  3. Soya sauce
  4. vinegar
  5. salt
  6. Pepper Powder

Preparation.

Step 1.

Chop mushrooms into big chunks. Heat a tsp of butter in a pan and add finely chopped garlic let it fry for few mins slightly change in colour thats it then add mushrooms and fry them untill water gets evaporated and become dry as we can see in the pic below.

Now at this point we need to add soya sauce , salt , vinegar, and pepper powder as per your taste and remove it from heat thats it yummy and tasty garlic tossed mushrooms are ready . Mushroom lovers will surely enjoy it , this mushrooms goes very well with pastas, sandwiches, salads and ect. To make it heatly instead of butter we can use olive oil.

Sabudana Punugulu

Ingredients.

  1. Idly Batter
  2. Saboodana
  3. Rice flour
  4. Jeera
  5. Salt
  6. Oil
  7. Green Chillies
  8. Curry Leaves
  9. Onions
  10. Soda

Preparation

Step1.

Soak Sabudana for 2 to 4 hours. Now in idly batter add soaked saboodana, onions, chillies, curry leaves, jeera, salt, soda, rice flour and mix it well. Sabudana should be more in quantity than idly batter to get nice crunch and all ingredients should be added according to your taste more or less , pinch of soda.

Step 2.

Heat oil in a pan and with the help of water take small portion of the better and slowly drop it in the oil and fry till golden and remove it in tissue as you can see in the pic.

Saboodana punugulu is ready to serve , serve it with green chutney flavoured yogurt dip , it goes very well with this dip and tomato ketchup.

Dip: Beat the fresh curd with green chutney made of green chillies, pudina , coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice.

Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

  1. Maida
  2. Yeast
  3. Sugar
  4. Olive Oil
  5. Oregano
  6. Chilli Flakes
  7. Cheese
  8. Salt
  9. Veggies

Preparation

Step1.

You can see my pizza recipe for making pizza dough .

roll it till end and cut it into 2 inches and keep it a side.

Drizzle olive oil on top and add oregano and chilli flakes..

Step 2.

Preheat the oven at 220 c for 10 mins and bake it for 15 to 20 mins..

We can serve it with french fries and steamed buns.

Paneer Tikka Pizza

Ingredients

  1. Maida
  2. Sugar
  3. Active yeast
  4. Salt
  5. Olive Oil
  6. Veggies
  7. Pizza Sauce
  8. Cheese
  9. Oregano
  10. Chilli Flakes

Preparation

Step 1.

In a 1/2 cup of warm water add 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of yeast and mix it well and let it sit for 15 mins. After 15 mins your yeast gets activated. Take 2 cups of maida in a bowl and add 1tsp of salt , 2tbsp of oil and mix it well and kneed the flour with activated yeast for 15 mins and cover it and let it sit for min 3 hrs.

Step 2.

Now we can see that the dough will raise and becomes double in its size then kneed the dough with extra flour and roll it into round shape and apply pizza sauce and add veggies of your choice like chopped onions, green chillies, tomatoes, sweet corn, jalopenos, olives, mushrooms, and Marinated paneer tikka as you can see in the pic

Step 3.

Now you need to add cheese

Step 4.

Grease oil at the edges of the pizza and drizzle olive oil on pizza and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes and let it sit for 10 mins, in the mean while we can pre heat the oven for 10 mins at 220 c and bake it for 20 mins or more depends on oven to oven . once you see that cheese gets melted and brown color at the edges of pizza its an indication that pizza is done.

Now pizza is ready remove it and serve it hot…
