Raita (Yogurt Dip)

Ingredients

  1. Curd
  2. Onions
  3. Green chilli
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. Tomato
  6. Salt

Preparation

Step 1.

Finely chop onions, green chilli, Coriander leaves, Tomato

Step 2.

Mix 4 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of above ingredients and add salt.

Step 3.

Mix water to your required consistency.

Your raita is ready
