Wheat Noodles

Ingredients

  1. Wheat Noodles
  2. Onions
  3. Turmeric
  4. Ginger & Garlic Paste
  5. Green Chillies
  6. Chilli powder
  7. Spinach
  8. Salt
  9. Oil

Preparation.

Step 1.

Boil some water in a pan with some salt in it and then add some wheat noodles and cook until then are done, then drain water and keep it a side.

Step 2.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add some onions, Green chillies & fry them,then add 1/4 tsp of turmeric, 1/2 tsp of G & G paste and mix it well then some spinach to it, & 1/4 tsp of chilli powder and cook it.

Step 3.

when it is cooked add boiled noodles,salt and mix it well and let them fry for a while and its ready to serve.

Chicken & Spinach Pasta

Ingredients.

  1. Flat Noodles Pasta
  2. Spinach ( palakura )
  3. Chicken kabab
  4. Onions
  5. Green Chillies
  6. Turmeric
  7. Ginger & Garlic Paste
  8. Chilli Powder
  9. Salt
  10. Oil

Preparation.

Step 1.

Boil Noodles and keep it a side.Always run noodles in cold water soon after we drain them so that they wont be sticky, no need of adding oil in boiling water if we do like this. I added some butterfly paste also.

Step 2.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add 2 finely chopped onions, green chillies according to your taste and fry. Then add 1/4 tsp of turmeric, 1/2 tsp of G & G paste and fry them.

Now add Spinach to it and let that cook, add 1/4 tsp of chilli powder, 1 chicken kabab and fry them until they are perfectly done as you can see in the pic below.

Add salt according to your taste and now pasta & mix them pretty well so that pasta & spinach are perfectly mixed up as you can see in the picture below.

check the seasoning if needed and your chicken & spinach pasta is ready to serve.I usually store chicken kabab in freezer and use it when ever i require it so for this chicken, You can refer my recipe of chicken kabab.

 

Step 6.

Pasta is ready to serve.

Indian Style Macaroni

Ingredients

  1. Macaroni
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Potatoes
  4. Mint
  5. Coriander Leaves
  6. Onions
  7. Green Chilli’s
  8. Cloves
  9. Elaichi (Cardamom)
  10. Cinnamon stick
  11. Turmeric
  12. Cumin seeds
  13. Ginger & Garlic Paste
  14. Mirchi Powder
  15. salt
  16. Carrots
  17. Peas
  18. Mushrooms
  19. Spring Onions

Preparation

Step 1.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add 1 clove, 1 elaichi, small piece of cinnamon stick,1/4 tsp of cumin and add 1 chopped onions and 2 green chilli’s and fry them, now add 1/4 tsp of turmeric and 1/2 tsp of G & G Paste.

Step 2.

Add 2 tbsp of chopped mint, 2 tbsp of coriander, and 1/4th cup of peas,1 medium potato, 3 mushroom and fry. Now add 1 cup of macaroni and mix it.

Step 3.

Add 2 medium tomatoes and 1 1/2 tsp of mirchi powder, and mix well.

Step 4.

Add 3 cups of water for 1 cup of macaroni and mix well and pressure cook it for 2 to 3 whistle. Let the cooker cool down and now again place it on stove and thicken the gravy.

                           Add chopped spring onions, and server it with any bread roll or bread toast.

Chinese Noodles

Ingredients

  1. Noodles                                                      
  2. Mixed bell peppers                                            
  3. Spring onions
  4. Carrots
  5. Green Chillies
  6. Mushrooms
  7. Cabbage
  8. Beans
  9. Onions
  10. Soya sauce
  11. Salt
  12. Tomato ketchup
  13. Aginomoto
  14. Vinegar
  15. Green chilli sauce
  16. Oyster sauce
  17. Pepper powder
  18. Oil

Step 1.

Boil noodles with some salt and keep it a side, Noodles should be fluffy without sticking, for that  we need to add cold water as soon as we drain from boiling water.

Step 2.

Slice all veggies to 2 inch long and keep it a side.

Step 3.

Heat a non stick wok and add 3 tbs oil and heat it.Now add veggies one by one,first add onions and green chillies and let them fry for a while untill they change their colour slightly and now add carrots, beans, mixed peppers, mushrooms.

Fry them untill slight brown in colour as seen in pic below

Step 4.

Now add salt, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, oyster sauce, vinegar, aginomoto & green chilli sauce according to your taste

Step 5.

Add noodles to Veggies and give a quick mix of noodles and veggies,check your seasoning if required add salt and soya sauce

Step 6.

Its time to add spring onions and cabbage & pepper powder and mix it , cook it few seconds as they should be crunchy with noodles.
