Chole Bature With Mango Blast ( Bature Type 2 )

Ingredients.

  1. Wheat Flour
  2. Samolina
  3. Oil
  4. Salt
  5. Curd

Preparation

Step 1.

Kneed the flour with some samolina, salt, curd ,oil and let it rest for 1/2 an hour. Now roll it into small puri and deep fry them untill they are golden brown in colour.

Step 2.

These bature goes very well with chole and mango juice.

Enjoy with mango juice
