Vermicelli should be cooked with with some milk and sugar and make it thick and keep it a side.
I prepared home made microwave spong cake without butter and eggs and it comes out spongy too as u can see in the pic.
Now we will layer all items one by one. First we need to add mango chunks and add mango pulp as first layer then add a thick piece of spong cake then add mango pulp and chunks and nuts. Now u need to add thick layer of vermicelli .
In the same way have to repeat the process and end it with some milk maid & chunks of mango and nuts.Generally they will top it with ice cream , i made it with milk maid.
Now your Mango falooda is ready
