- Bhajji Mirchi
- Corn Flour
- Mirchi Powder
- Baking Soda
- G & G Paste
- Coriander Powder
- Black Salt
Wash Mirchi and slit it one side with knife and remove some seeds from it to make it less spicy and keep it a side.
Take a pinch of salt & spread it over all inside each mirchi through slit.
Take 4 tbsp of besan, 1tbsp of corn flour ina bowl, add 1/2 tsp of mirchi powder, less than 1/2 tsp of G & G paste, a pinch of Turmeric, pinch of baking soda, salt to taste and mix it well with water to right consistency.
Heat oil in a pan and dip the mirchi in batter and add it in oil as you can see in the picture above.
Fry it on both sides un till you get nice golden colour and remove it on a tissue paper. Sprinkle some black salt & coriander powder on it and serve it.
