- Green Chillies

Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and add 1/2 tsp of Mustard Seeds,Once they crackle add 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds then 1 tbsp of peanuts and let them fry till they change in colour.
Now add 1/2 tsp of chana daal fry them for a while then add 1/2 tsp of urad daal, 1 long sliced onions, 3 to 4 green chillies, 5 curry leaves and fry them,
Then add Some tomato chunks and fry them until they are tender.
Now add salt and 2 cups of water and let that come to boil.
Once it comes to boil then add vermicelli, cover it and cook it under medium heat.
After 5 to 8m you can see that vermicelli absorbs water then cover the lid and cook it for 5m at very low heat and remove it.
Once its done server it with Ginger pickle and curd.
