- Chicken Koftha’s
- Ginger & Garlic Paste
- Coriander Powder
- Chilli Powder
- Garam Masala
- Coconut powder ( Optional )
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add 1 chopped onion and some mint leaves & fry them till they are transparent. Now add 1/4 tsp of turmeric, 1/2 tsp of G & G paste and fry them.
I will make this chicken koftha in advance and store it in freezer and use it when even i want. For this recipe do check my Chicken koftha’s recipe.
Now add these koftha’s to the onions and fry them, then add 1 tsp of chilli powder, salt and some tomatoes and mix it well and let them cook until tomatoes are soft and mixed up well in gravy.
Once gravy is is done add 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/4 tsp of garam masala ,1/2 tsp of coconut powder & cook it for some time, then garnish it with some coriander.
