- Green Chillies
Wash 1 cup sabudhana and add water till just it got immersed in it.If we add more water it turns in soggy, so add little water till it dissolved in it and soak it for at least 4 to 5 hours.
Heat pan and dry roast more than 1/2 cup of Peanuts and when it cools down blend it roughly into course powder, peanuts should be seen here and there.
Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in it and add 4 green chillies, you can add according to your taste more or less, fry them in ghee and then add sabudhana & peanut powder together and mix it well.
Add salt according to taste and fry them for 10 to 15m at low flame. For this recipe we need to fry sabudhana a lot then only you get exact taste and at last add 1/2 tsp of sugar to it and mix it well.
Sabudhana kichidi is ready to serve.
