- Caster Sugar
- Choco Chips
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Vanilla Essence
- Pecan nuts
Sieve 1 cup Maida,2 tsp of Baking Powder, 2 pinch’s of baking soda.
Melt 1 cup of butter and mix it with 3/4 or 1 cup of sugar and blend it until sugar is perfectly mixed up then add 2 tsp of vanilla essence, sieved flour and mix it well.
Once every thing is mixed up then add choco chips to it and pour it into moulds and add some nuts to it.
Pre Heat the oven at 180c and bake the cake for 25 to 30 m. Do check in between by inserting tooth picks, if it comes clear its indication that its done.
