- White chocolate Bar
- Double Cream
- Vanilla Extract
Melt 1 white chocolate bar using double boiling.
Take 1 tin of double cream, 2 tsp of vanilla extract,1 white egg.and use hand mixer and mix it well till it comes to think creamy in consistency.
Now mix the melted white chocolate into this cream mixture and mix them slowly with spatula.
Now pour this mixture to dessert bowls and keep it in fridge for 1 hour so that it sets.
Now we will make topping for the mousse. Take one tin of strawberries in syrup in a bowl & add some sugar and heat it until it is mashed up a bit and think in consistency, if you want add some strawberry essence to this strawberries.
Once the mousse is set remove it & add strawberry topping and serve it. It will be very chilled and yummy too with strawberry chunks in it. You can even replace strawberry with any of your favourite fruit.
