Spinach Omelette



  1. Eggs
  2. Spinach
  3. Onions
  4. Green Chillies
  5. Pepper Powder
  6. Garlic or ( Ginger & Garlic Paste )
  7. Turmeric
  8. Chilli Powder ( Optional )
  9. Salt
  10. Oil


Step 1.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and add 1 finely chopped onions and 2 green chillies and fry them when they turn transparent add a pinch of turmeric and  1/4 tsp of garlic or ( G & G paste ) and fry them for a while.

Step 2.


Add some spinach to it and fry them until they reduce in quantity, then add a pinch of chilli powder to make it more spicy, and salt to taste.

Step 4.

Now take out the above spinach mix into one bowl and add 2 eggs to it and mix it well.

Step 5.


Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan and add the omelette mixture to pan, sprinkle some pepper powder on it & cook it on both sides and flip half of omelette to other half and serve it.

Step 6.

Its a perfect breakfast to start your day with leafy vegetable in it.
