Cut a puff pastry sheet into small piece and fold the corners as you can see in the picture above.
Pre heat the oven for 150 c and brush the pastry with butter on the corners so that we get slightly golden in colour and place it in a baking tray with aluminium foil as you can see in the picture.
Bake the pastry for 15m and keep a eye on your oven as it may take less time also a sit depends on ovens. Turn upside down in between so that both sides are puffed evenly.
After is done it will puff up both sides and looks crispy too, At this stage you have to add thick chilled custard in between the puff pastry and leave it at room temperature for some time.
Custard crown is ready to eat. It will be so delicious with chilled custard and warn crispy pastry.
