Onion Samosa



  1. Spring Roll Pastry sheets
  2. Onion
  3. Green Chillies
  4. Coriander
  5. Chilli Powder
  6. Flaked Rice ( Atukulu, Powa )
  7. Coriander Powder
  8. Salt
  9. Oil


Step 1.


Take 1 Onion Finely chopped vertically, add chilli powder, coriander, green chillies, same quantities of powa as onion, coriander powder, salt to taste.

Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.

Step 2.


Take a spring roll sheet,cut them into small rectangle sheets roll them  into cone shape and fill it with onion stuffing and keep it aside.


Step 3.


Heat oil in a pan for deep frying, add  samosa and fry them at low heat so that onion stuffing will cook.

Step 4.


Remove them in kitchen towel, and serve them with ketchup.
