- Puff Pastry Sheets
- Pecan nuts
- Maple syrup
- Corn starch
Take 2 tbsp of m aple syrup and mix it with 1 tsp of corn starch and microwave it for 5 m so that it turns a bit thick in consistency and let it cool to room temperature.
Take puff pastry sheet cut half inch think to the corners, spread it with some syrup on it.
Now place one strip on another on both sides as you can see in the picture and brush it with butter.
Pre heat the oven at 180 c and bake it for 15 min, do check in between as some ovens may take less time.
Once its baked remove it and top it with maple syrup and some pecan and again syrup and keep it aside for some time.
Maple pecan is ready to eat.
