Paneer Fry

Ingredients.

  1. Paneer
  2. Onion
  3. Green chilli’s
  4. Cumin seeds
  5. Turmeric
  6. Ginger & Garlic Paste
  7. Chilli Powder
  8. Chaat Masala
  9. Coriander Powder
  10. Amchur Powder
  11. Coriander
  12. Salt
  13. Oil

Preparation.

Step 1.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds, then 1 finely chopped onion and 2 green chilli. When they change their colour slightly add 1 pinch of turmeric and 1/4 tsp of G & G paste.

Step 2.

Now add 1 cup of paneer  chopped into small chunks fry them for few seconds. Then add 1/2 tsp of chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of coriander powder,1/4 tsp of amchur powder and some chaat masala, salt to taste, some coriander. Mix them well and simmer it for few minutes.

Step 3.

You can have this with chapathi, and even can use as stuffing for samosa  for paneer samosa.
