Ingredients.
- Chicken Koftha’s
- Coconut Powder
- Ginger & Garlic Paste
- Chilli Powder
- Garam Masala
- Coriander Powder
- Roasted dal
- Turmeric
- Salt
- Oil
Preparation.
Step 1.
Now blend 2 tbsp of roasted with 1 tbsp of coconut powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp of chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, 2 pinch turmeric, 1/2 tsp of G & G paste and blend it into fine paste with some water.
Step 2.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and add this paste to it and fry it for at least 10 m at low flame until oil can be seen floating. This is the indication that gravy is cooked.
Step 3.
Here I am using koftha which are ready to use, you can refer my recipe of chciken koftha.
Step 5.
Now add this koftha’s and mix them well and simmer it for 10m, let it boil. Now your instant Koftha curry is ready to serve.
Step 6.
We are calling it as instant curry because we don’t need to do it in step by step process of adding ingredients. As we are blending all the ingredients together and add it to pan that’s it.
Step 7.
Koftha curry is ready as it is simmered for 10m it absorbs all masala. Serve it with any paratha’s, pulao, biryani.
Enjoy……..
