- Semolina Flour ( Suji, Upma Ravva )

- Yellow split peas ( chana daal )

Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan. Then add 1/4 tsp of mustard seeds when it start crackling then add cumin seeds, then 1 tsp of chana daal and fry them for few seconds, then add urad daal.
When they slightly change their colour then add 3 to 4 green chilli’s, 5 curry leaves, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tomato then let them fry until they are transparent.
Now add 3 cups of water for 1 cup of flour, salt to taste and let that come to boil.
Once it starts boiling then its time to add 1 cup of semolina flour and reduce the heat and cook it for few minutes until raw smell of flour goes.
Now its ready to serve, serve it with Ghee and Ginger pickle & Curd.
