Ghee Rolls



  1. Chapathis
  2. Ghee
  3. Sugar


Step 1.


Take one chapathi apply 1 tsp of ghee over all, when it is on pan itself as chapathi will be hot.

Step 2.

Spread sugar over all the ghee and roll it as you can see in the picture below. As chapathi will be hot, it melts the sugar in ghee.


Step 3.

Now with sharp knife cut into pieces. If you want  you can have roll like that itself. Your Ghee rolls are ready to serve.
