Mushroom Cheese Omelette ( Double Eggs )

Ingredients

  1. Eggs
  2. Mushrooms
  3. Onion
  4. Tomatoes
  5. Spring Onions
  6. Green Chilli’s
  7. Coriander
  8. Chilli Powder
  9. Pepper Powder
  10. Ginger & Garlic Paste
  11. Turmeric
  12. Garam Masala
  13. Coriander Powder
  14. Cheese
  15. Milk
  16. Salt
  17. Oil

Preparation

Step 1.

Take a bowl add 2 tsp of finely chopped onions, 1 1/2 tsp of tomatoes, 2 green chilli’s, a pinch of turmeric, 1/4 tsp of G & G paste, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp of chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of coriander powder, 1/4 tsp of garam  masala as you can see in the picture below.

Step 2.

Mix the masala with few tsp of milk so that no lumps of masala are formed, add some chopped coriander and 2 eggs to this masala and mix it well as you can see in the picture below. Check the seasoning.

Step 3.

Now chop Mushrooms to small chunks and grate cheese and keep it ready.

Step 4.

Heat 1tsp of oil in non stick pan and add the egg mixture to pan, now spread these mushrooms all over the omelette and sprinkle some spring onions, grated cheese, and freshly crushed pepper on it and cook it in low flame.

Step 5.

You have to cover the pan with lid and cook it in very low flame for 10m. You have to insert fork and see if it is done or not. If fork comes clearly then its indication that its done.

For this omelette we have to cook only one side no need to flip the omelette. As it cooks in low flame it puff up once we open the lid with fantastic aroma. Down it will be slightly crispy and up with soft cheesy veggies.

Step 7.

Its a heavy breakfast as it is full of cheese, veggies in it. You can even say it as meal in itself as it don’t need  anything to go with it. We can serve this Omelette for 2 as it will be heavy for 1.
