- Garbanzo beans ( chole chana )
- Green Chilli’s
- Cumin Seeds
- Ginger & Garlic Paste
- Coriander Powder
- Black salt
Soak Garbanzo beans over night and blend it with some Green chilli’s, cumin seeds, salt to taste, G & G paste, make a coarse paste. Paste should not be too runny, it should be think enough to take its shape.
Add some chopped onions, green chilli’s to it and mix it well.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying and add small small size of batter into the oil, fry it until it turns golden in colour and remove it in kitchen towel.
Your pakoda’s are ready to serve. sprinkle some coriander and black salt mix masala on it.
