- Minced Chicken
- Green chilli’s
- Kabad Masala
- Crushed Pepper
- Chilli Powder
Take 1/2 kg Minced Chicken, add some salt to taste, 1 tsp of kabab masala, 1/2 tsp of chilli powder, hand full of mint, coriander, 6 green chilli’s,1 chopped onions, 2 tbsp of roasted gram flour, 1 tsp of ghee crushed Pepper and mix them well.
Knead the chicken for longer period, so that it gives nice texture to your koftha’s as you can see in the picture and rest it for 1 hour.
Now divide the chicken dough to equal parts and give them round shape so that they look like koftha’s as you can see in the picture below.
Pre heat the oven for 160c and bake it for 20m and do have a look it between as temp of oven to oven may vary. You can even shallow fry them in oil. But it is better to bake it as taste wont vary much, free from fat also.
Now your koftha’s are ready to serve. You can even take a koftha and press it and store it in freezer in sandwich bag as you can see my picture and can fry when ever you want.
Your chicken koftha’s are ready to serve. We can serve it with green chutney or any sauce you like.
