Bhature ( Chole Bhature )



  1. Wheat Flour
  2. All Purpose Flour
  3. Baking Powder
  4. Bread slices
  5. Sugar
  6. Curd
  7. Salt
  8. Oil


Step 1.

Mix 1/2 cup Wheat flour, 1/2 cup All purpose flour, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp of baking Powder, 2 tsp of curd, pinch of sugar, 1 slice of wet bread, we can even use semolina flour in place of bread.

Step 2.


Knead the dough tightly so that it can hold the shape and rest it for 1/2 hour.

Step 3.

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying, mean while divide the dough into equal parts and roll it round with roller.

Step 4.

When oil is hot enough add bhatura and fry it until it gets golden colour both the sides and remove it on kitchen towels so that excess oil is observed.

Step 5.


Sever it hot with Chole as you can see in  the below picture.
