- Green Chilli’s
- Coriander leaves
- Chilli Powder
- Chaat Masala
- Lemon Juice
Mix 1 finely chopped onion, 1/2 tomato, 1 green chilli, some coriander, 1/4 tsp of chilli powder, 1/4 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of lemon juice and salt to taste.
Roast papad in Microwave or else on flame and keep at aside. We can even deep fry papads.
Spread Onion Masala on papad only when you are ready to eat or serve so that papad wont become soggy, It will be yummy with crispy papad and spicy masala.
