Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan or cooker, add 2 finely chopped onion and fry them till they turn slightly brown in colour, then add 1/4 tsp of turmeric, 1/2 tsp of G & G paste, stir it for few minutes.
Now add marinated chicken and stir it and cook it for a while in oil & masala then add 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp of chilli powder, 1 tsp of chicken curry powder, salt to taste and cook it slowly.
Now remove pan from heat and add 1 tbsp of yogurt and stir it well then place is it on heat, by doing like this we can prevent yogurt from curdling, at this stage you can add water to your consistency.
Close the lid and cook it slowly at low heat for at least 8 to 10 m by stirring frequently as it wont stick to the bottom, if it is cooker remove for 1 whistle only.
Now add 1/2 tsp of coriander powder and give a quick stir and garnisg it with finely chopped coriander.
Spicy Chicken Curry is ready. As we are using ready-made masala it taste like as if we are having it in restaurants, if we use home-made it taste’s differently.
