kacha Masala

Ingredients

  1. Cardamom (Elaichi)
  2. Cloves (Lavanga)
  3. Cinnamon sticks ( Patta)
  4. Sajeera (Shahi Jeera)

Preparation

Step 1.

Kacha Masala is a blend of equal quantities of all above ingredients.

Step 2.

Blend equal quantities of Cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks into coarse powder and mix sajeera in it and store it in air tight container so that smell will be fresh enough for longer period.

Step 3.

This Masala is used for Biryani’s, & for all non veg varieties.
