Vermicelli (Semiya) Payasam

Ingredients

  1. Vermicelli (Semiya)
  2. Sugar
  3. Cashew Nuts
  4. Almonds
  5. Ghee
  6. Milk

Ingredients.

Step 1.

                                Chop Dry Fruits and Fry it  in a tsp of Ghee as you can see in the picture.

 

 

 

Step 2.

                                                     Add 1/2 cup of Vermicelli to dry fruits and roast it in ghee until slightly brown in colour.

 

 

Step 3.

Add  1/4 cup of water to vermicelli and bring it to boil, then add 1 cup of milk at this stage because it prevents milk from curdling and let that come to boil.

Step 4.

Now add 1/2 cup sugar to 1/2 cup vermicelli and bring it to boil.

Step 6.

Your Vermicelli payasam is ready to serve.
