- Kacha Masala

Clean the prawns, Remove black colour nerve that is intestine of the prawn, wash it and keep it aside.
Prawns should be fresh.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan and add 1/4 tsp of kacha masala, and add 4 medium size finely chopped onions and fry it.
when onions are transparent add 1/2 tsp of turmeric, 1tsp of G & G paste and give a quick stir.
Now add 275g of Prawns and mix it well & close the lid and let it cook for few minutes.
Now add 1 medium size chopped tomatoes, and 2 tsp of Chilli powder and 1 tsp of salt. let it cook until tomatoes are tender.
Add 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala and 1/2 tsp of coriander powder and finish it with fresh coriander leaves. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
Spicy prawns curry goes very well with piping hot steamed rice and even with chapathi’s, & paratha.
Spicy prawns curry is ready to serve.
