Bread Omelette



  1. Bread
  2. Mirchi Powder
  3. Turmeric
  4. Ginger & Garlic Paste
  5. Garam Masala
  6. Coriander Powder
  7. Eggs
  8. Milk
  9. Oil
  10. Salt


Step 1.

Take a bowl add salt,1/2 tsp of Mirchi Powder, 1/4 tsp of Garam masala, 1/4 Coriander Powder, pinch of turmeric, 1/4 tsp of G & G paste and mix it with some milk so that no lumps are formed.

Step 2.

Add 2 eggs to Masala and mix it well.

Step 3.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil and dip the bread in the egg  mixture and place it in the pan.

Step 4.

Fry both sides until Golden brown in colour.

Step 5.

Bread omelette’s are ready to serve.

  1. hay ambika…i go through it..its become vry testy,,,bt 1 thing i wud like to ask..that bread will not spread smell like as u add g & g with milk..

  2. We have to mix all ingredients then add milk and mix it so that no lumps are formed. We are adding milk only to mix the ingredients without out lumps,it will not smell infact it enhance the masala flavour to bread.
