- Mirchi Powder
- Ginger & Garlic Paste
- Garam Masala
- Coriander Powder
Take a bowl add salt,1/2 tsp of Mirchi Powder, 1/4 tsp of Garam masala, 1/4 Coriander Powder, pinch of turmeric, 1/4 tsp of G & G paste and mix it with some milk so that no lumps are formed.
Add 2 eggs to Masala and mix it well.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil and dip the bread in the egg mixture and place it in the pan.
Fry both sides until Golden brown in colour.
Bread omelette’s are ready to serve.
