Besan Puri

Ingredients

  1. Wheat Flour
  2. Besan (Gram Flour)
  3. Turmeric
  4. Mirchi Powder
  5. Salt
  6. Ginger & Garlic Paste
  7. Oil

Preparation

Step 1.

Knead wheat flour and rest it for 15 to 20 mins.

Step 2.

Add 1 pinch of Turmeric, 1/2 tsp of  G &G paste,                                1/2 tsp of Mirchi powder, salt according to taste for 1 cup of Gram flour and knead the flour into dough and make small rounds and keep it aside.

Step 3.

Now take a small size of wheat dough and spread like a small chapathi and stuff it with besan round and roll it like a small chapathi and cut it into 4 pieces so that they look like a triangle in shape.

Step 4.

Heat  Oil in a deep pan for deep frying and fry the puri till golden colour.

Step 5.

Besan puri are ready.
