- Long Shredded Chicken
- Thai Green Curry Paste
- Green chilli’s
- Bamboo Shoots
- Coconut Milk
- Bell Peppers
- Fine Beans
Chop all veggies to cubes and 1 carrots round chunks, 6 beans to 2 inch long. Boil half of small tin bamboo shoots and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan add 4 tsp of Green curry paste and some chilli’s and fry until oil releases out of it, This indicates that curry is cooked, Now add 200g of chicken and cook them.
Add Carrots and Peas to chicken and fry them, Now add half cup of coconut milk and let that come to boil.
Now add 1 cubed onions, 1 bell pepper, bamboo shoots, beans and other half cup of coconut milk at this stage, and salt. These veggies should not cool too long as it should be crunchy, cook for few mins.
check the seasoning and consistency of the curry, if you want you can add some water and let that come to boil. It will be better to add water before you add veggies so that veggies wont cook too much.
