- Maida (All Purpose Flour)
- Baking Soda
Mix 1 cup of Maida with 2 pinch’s of baking soda.
Dissolve sugar in milk and see that milk should be sweet enough to kneed the flour.
Add 1tsp of hot ghee to 1 cup of Maida and rub with your hands so that no lumps are formed in the flour, now knead the flour with sweet milk.
You have to knead the dough for longer period because kneading the sweet dough will give the good texture to biscuits as it wont crumble.
Take a small piece of dough and roll out with rolling pin and cut into small diamond shapes, and repeat the same process with the remaining dough.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying and add biscuits, fry till golden colour and take out on a tissue paper.
Sweet biscuits are ready.
