Indian Style Macaroni



  1. Macaroni
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Potatoes
  4. Mint
  5. Coriander Leaves
  6. Onions
  7. Green Chilli’s
  8. Cloves
  9. Elaichi (Cardamom)
  10. Cinnamon stick
  11. Turmeric
  12. Cumin seeds
  13. Ginger & Garlic Paste
  14. Mirchi Powder
  15. salt
  16. Carrots
  17. Peas
  18. Mushrooms
  19. Spring Onions


Step 1.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add 1 clove, 1 elaichi, small piece of cinnamon stick,1/4 tsp of cumin and add 1 chopped onions and 2 green chilli’s and fry them, now add 1/4 tsp of turmeric and 1/2 tsp of G & G Paste.

Step 2.


Add 2 tbsp of chopped mint, 2 tbsp of coriander, and 1/4th cup of peas,1 medium potato, 3 mushroom and fry. Now add 1 cup of macaroni and mix it.

Step 3.

Add 2 medium tomatoes and 1 1/2 tsp of mirchi powder, and mix well.

Step 4.

Add 3 cups of water for 1 cup of macaroni and mix well and pressure cook it for 2 to 3 whistle. Let the cooker cool down and now again place it on stove and thicken the gravy.

Step 5.


                           Add chopped spring onions, and server it with any bread roll or bread toast.




Your Macaroni is ready to serve
