Cabbage & Onion Pakoda

Ingredients

  1. Cabbage
  2. Onions
  3. Green chilli’s
  4. Gram Flour (chanaga pindi)
  5. Baking Soda
  6. Mirchi Powder
  7. Ginger & Garlic Paste
  8. Coriander Powder
  9. Black salt
  10. Corn Flour
  11. salt
  12. Oil

Preparation

Step 1.

Take 1 Cup of long shredded cabbage and 1 onion.

Step 2.

Add 1 tsp of mirchi powder, Salt, 1/2 tsp of G & G paste, 1 pinch of baking Soda, 5 slit green chilli’s, 4 tbsp of gram flour, 1tbsp of corn flour and mix well with water to right consistency, It should not be too runny.

Step 3.

Heat oil in a pan and slowly add batter into oil, and fry until golden colour.

Step 5.

Mix 1 tsp of coriander Powder and 1 tsp of Black salt, sprinkle this Masala on Pakoda, No need of any chaat masala. This Masala will go very well with any pakodas.

Your Pakoda’s are ready
