Fish Fry

Ingredients

  1. Fish
  2. Lemon juice
  3. Salt
  4. Mirchi powder
  5. Turmeric
  6. Jeera powder
  7. Coriander powder
  8. Ginger & Garlic Paste
  9. Fish Masala
  10. Oil

Preparation

Step 1.

Take 1/2 kg fish and add salt, mirchi powder 1 tsp, turmeric 1/4 tsp, ginger & garlic paste 1tsp, jeera  powder 1/2 tsp, coriander powder 1/2 tsp, fish masala 1/2 tsp and lemon juice 1tbsp.

Step 2.

Marinate fish for at least 2 to 3 hrs and you can marinate oven night.

Step 3.

Heat 1 tsp of oil in fry pan and place fish with skin side down first if it is with skin, and let it fry. Don’t turn fish offenly as it will be very soft.

Step 4.

Now turn upside down and fry this side also until its turns slightly  brown in colour.

Step 5.

Now your fish fry is ready as it goes well with slice of lemon, and onion.
