- Minced chicken

- Lemon juice

- Mirchi Powder
- Kabab Masala
- Garam Masala

- Ginger & Garlic Paste
Take 1/2 kg of minced chicken wash it and add finely chopped Mint 1/2 bunch, Coriander 1/2 bunch, 8 Green chilli’s, 1 medium size onion, 1 tsp of G & G paste, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of Mirchi powder, 1/2 Garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder,1 tsp ghee, 1 tsp kabab masala, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, salt 1/2 tsp.
Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
Knead the chicken with all the ingredients, you have to knead for 10 mins and rest it for at least 2 hrs or more, you can marinate it for over night also in fridge.
Now take a lemon size chicken and press it round on your palms or else on a cover with the help of water and give a nice pattice shape.
Take a fry pan and add 1 tsp of oil and add chicken kabab, fry them on both side until it gets brown in colour. Now your chicken kabab’s are ready.
