Preparation
Step 1.
Take 1/2 kg chicken, wash it and add 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste, lemon juice and salt as first marination and leave it for 20 mins.
Step 2.
For second marination take a bowl and add 4 tbsp curd and add 2 tsp of Mirchi powder, 1/4 tsp of turmeric,1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp Jeera powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp kasuri methi powder, colour 2 pinch’s.
Adjust the seasoning according to your taste you can add any of the ingredients more or less according to your taste, now add 1 tsp of oil on top of marinated chciken.
Marinate it for more than 2 hrs, if possible more than 8 hrs as flavours comes out very deliciously, more you marinate more flavours will release into chicken.
Step 3.
Pre heat the oven and take a baking tray, set aluminium foil in it and place a stand on a tray.
Step 4.
Now place marinated chicken on a stand not in tray directly under 180c and bake it for 40 mins and turn upside down once in between,It should cook on both sides.
Step 5.
Once its done sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice and serve it with onions and lemon slice.
