- Mixed bell peppers
- Spring onions
- Green Chillies
- Soya sauce
- Tomato ketchup
- Green chilli sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Pepper powder
Boil noodles with some salt and keep it a side, Noodles should be fluffy without sticking, for that we need to add cold water as soon as we drain from boiling water.
Slice all veggies to 2 inch long and keep it a side.
Heat a non stick wok and add 3 tbs oil and heat it.Now add veggies one by one,first add onions and green chillies and let them fry for a while untill they change their colour slightly and now add carrots, beans, mixed peppers, mushrooms.
Fry them untill slight brown in colour as seen in pic below
Now add salt, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, oyster sauce, vinegar, aginomoto & green chilli sauce according to your taste
Add noodles to Veggies and give a quick mix of noodles and veggies,check your seasoning if required add salt and soya sauce
Its time to add spring onions and cabbage & pepper powder and mix it , cook it few seconds as they should be crunchy with noodles.
